The hotel was located in the middle of the city. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was modern on the top floors. All the employees were very helpful and outstandingly accommodating.

Top-class staff and the place was overall clean. A huge variety of food items served for great breakfast. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect, short walk to shops around the picturesque cobbled streets, the ferries through the day and boats. It was 1 km from Harry Ramsden's, offering quick-service food.

We got luxurious king room with a view as an upgrade, nice gesture. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet was a bonus. The location was amazing, very close to ferries, boats, lake side restaurants and gelaterie and all the restaurants and shops. The best thing was pleasant and exceptional staff, they helped with breakfast:)))
